The aromatics of our estate Coratina EVOO are beautiful — fruity and green almond that lead into a buttery, creamy and nutty flavor. It's a wonderful dipping oil and butter substitute. Our Coratina is well-loved and we inevitably run out of it early in the season. Enjoy!
